This is a veritable Stove Top stuffing clone. I developed this a few years back when I felt a bit guilty making my Sausage-Based Poultry Stuffing from scratch, while most of the family at boxed stuffing. Of course, it was their choice and over the past few years we’ve arrived at a reasonable detente where I make both the hand-crafted stuffing and their beloved Stove Top Chicken/Turkey Stuffing combination. But if you want a more hand-crafted Stove Top eat-alike, here you go.
