Homemade Turkey Gravy with Giblets

This gravy doesn’t just use the bits left in the roasting pan, it also uses the organs that came inside your turkey. Hopefully you remembered to take the contents of the cavities out before you roasted your turkey. I’ve forgotten, and the resulting turkey interior isn’t something I want to repeat.
