Stuffing a turkey is messy work, but well worth it. The stuffing will be much more flavorful when cooked in the bird. In addition, the turkey can be more moist and more flavorful too. Pretty much a win-win in my book.
Of course, if you’re going to stuff a turkey, you need stuffing first and moremost. Here are two stuffing recipes that I’ve used many, many times:
