Antipasto Platter
Ingredients
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 4 ounces Italian Dressing
- 4 ounces Havarti Cheese slices
- 4 ounces Salami
- 4 ounces Mixed Nuts
- 15 ounces Roasted Red Peppers
- 6 ounces Hummus
- Pita Crackers
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes
- Put the tomatoes into a zippered storage bag
- Add the Italian dressing
- Close the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Thinly slice the salami, the thinner the better
- Arrange the tomatoes, salami, cheese, mixed nuts, roasted red peppers, and crackers on a tray
- Put the hummus in a small bowl
- Serve
