Antipasto Salad
Ingredients
- 2 hearts Romaine Lettuce
- 1/4 pound Hard Salami
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 ounces Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1/4 pound Cooked Ham
- 2 tablespoons Minced Dried Basil
- 6 ounces Pitted Sliced Black Olives
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the lettuce
- Cut the salami into bite-sized pieces
- Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces
- Drain the red peppers
- Drain the artichokes
- Cut the artichokes in half
- Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces
- Combine the lettuce, salami, mozarella, red peppers, artichokes, and ham in a large bowl
- Drizzle the vinegar and olive oil over the mixture
- Gently toss the salad
- Serve
