Apple Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 medium Apples
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Dip pork chops in flour, coating completely
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Brown pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Place pork chops in casserole dish
- Add water to the skillet
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in preheated oven
- Slice apples, removing core
- Place apple pieces on top of pork chops
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Serve
