Apricot Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Apricot Preserves
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler to low
- In small mixing bowl, combine teriyaki glaze, ginger, garlic powder, and apricot preserves
- Mix well, then set aside
- Place chicken breasts on broiler pan
- Broil the chicken for 10 minutes under preheated broiler
- Turn chicken over
- Broil for 5 minutes
- Brush chicken with teriyaki mixture
- Broil for 5 minutes under preheated broiler
- Serve
