Citrus Marinade Steak Strips
These steak strips are a big hit around the Hectic Household. They have a little bit of zip to them from the citrus, but pair well with either rice or potatoes. They can be made on the grill, although you pretty much have to cook them on some sort of pan (if you cut them thin enough to get lots of marinade flavoring). Citrus Marinade
This marinade works really well with beef. It also works with pork and chicken as is. If you want to use it with seafood, be sure to remove the seafood from the marinade after a fairly short time, as the citrus will break down the seafood and you could end up with an icky mush.
