Baked Mexican Chicken
Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (10 ounce each) Enchilada Sauce
- Corn Tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Place chicken in casserole dish
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
- Pour enchilada sauce over seasoned chicken
- Bake 1 hour in preheated oven
- Serve with tortillas
