BBQ Cups
Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 4 ounces BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 16 ounces Shredded Cheese
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 cans Refrigerator Biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Chop onion
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Mix barbecue sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl
- Add cheese
- Stir thoroughly
- Add chopped onion to oil in preheated skillet
- Stir for two minutes
- Add ground beef to the onions and oil
- Cook beef for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove skillet from heat
- Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
- Open biscuits and place one biscuit into each muffin space
- Press biscuits downwards and along sides so they conform to the shape of the muffin tin
- Add ground beef to barbecue mixture
- Stir so everything is mixed well
- Spoon meat mixture into biscuits shaped like cups
- Use all the meat mixture, mounding over biscuits as necessary
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven
- Serve
