Beef Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 4 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 3 tablespoons Cumin
- 3 tablespoons Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 8 large Flour Tortillas
- 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add the ground beef to the skillet
- Cook the beef, stirring frequently for 8 minutes or until no pink remains
- Drain the fat from the beef
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and water to the meat
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce the heat to low
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Warm the tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave
- Spoon some of the mixture into a tortilla
- Add salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream on top of the mixture
- Roll the tortilla into a tight bundle
- Repeat for remaining tortillas and ingredients
- Serve
