Beef-Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 10-3/4 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 10-3/4 ounces Vegetable-Beef Soup
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Preheat skillet on medium heat
- Brown beef in preheated skillet until there is no pink
- Wash and cube potatoes
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Spread combined ingredients evenly in the casserole dish
- Cover tightly with foil
- Bake for 1 hour 30 minuts in preheated oven until potatoes are tender
- Serve
