Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cups Milk
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 12 ounces Velveeta Cheese
Instructions
- Cube the cream cheese
- Chop the onion
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often
- Add milk and cream cheese
- Stir constantly until mixture is creamy
- Add broccoli, velveeta, and pepper
- Heat thoroughly, stirring occassionally
- Serve
