Buttered Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Wide Egg Noodles
- Water
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dried Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Fill the large pot 3/4 of the way full with water
- Bring the water to a boil on the stovetop over medium-high heat
- Cut the butter into 4 pieces
- When the water is boiling, add the egg noodles
- Boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Drain the noodles
- Return the empty pot to the stovetop
- Turn the heat to low
- Add the butter to the pot, one piece at a time
- Stir the butter so that it melts
- Add the noodles to the butter in the pot
- Stir to coat the noodles in the butter
- Sprinkle the parsley over the noodles
- Stir to combine
- Serve
