Winter Green Bean Almondine
During the middle of winter here in Kansas, it's sometimes difficult to get or afford fresh vegetables. It's even harder to get my kids to eat the vegetables that I do get if they aren't corn or potatoes. This green bean recipe was actually eaten by a majority of the kids, so I'm calling it a win.
