Cheddar Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 12 ounces All Purpose Flour 1-1/2 cups
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
- 4 ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 12 ounces Beer
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375F
- Liberally spray the a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and dill in a large mixing bowl
- Stir so that they are completely mixed together
- Add the cheese and beer
- Stir just enough to combine all the ingredients
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan
- Bake in the preheated oven, on the middle rack, for 50 minutes
- Remove from the oven
- Cool for at least 10 minutes in the loaf pan
- Remove the bread from the loaf pan and cool on a cooling rack for at least 16 minutes
- Slice
- Serve
