Cheddar Biscuits
Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 ounces Greek Yogurt
- 4 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- In a medium mixing bowl combine bisquick, milk, cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese
- Liberally spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
- Drop batter onto the baking sheet to make 15 biscuits
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove the biscuits from the oven
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds
- If not entirely melted, run the microwave for another 10 seconds
- Repeat until the butter is entirely melted
- Brush the biscuits with the melted butter
- Return the biscuits to the oven for 3 minutes
- Serve
