Cheddar Tuna Grillers
Ingredients
- 5 ounces Tuna (canned)
- 1 rib Celery
- Butter
- 8 slices Rye Bread
- 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Drain tuna
- Chop celery
- Soften butter
- Butter bread
- Combine tuna, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, pepper, and garlic powder in mixing bowl
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed
- Spread mixture evenly on four pieces of bread
- Top each sandwich with another piece of bread
- Preheat skillet on medium
- Brown sandwiches on both sides in preheated skillet
- Serve
