Cheese Crisps
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 12 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Water
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Let the butter come to room temperature
- Add the butter, flour, cheese, and cayenne pepper to the large mixing bowl
- Combine the ingredients until everything is completely mixed
- Add the flour to the bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Slowly add the water to the bowl
- Mix until a ball forms
- Wrap the ball in cling wrap
- Refrigerate the ball for at least 2 hours
- Preheat the oven to 325F
- Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a single thin sheet
- Cut the dough into squares
- Transfer the squares to the cookie sheet
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
- Serve
