Cheesy O'Brien Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 30 ounces Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- 10-3/4 ounces Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 12 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 16 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Prepare hash browns in skillet according to package directions
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Transfer cooked hash browns to casserole dish
- Spread soup over hash browns
- Scramble eggs and butter in skillet
- Spread eggs over soup in casserole dish
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over eggs
- Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven or until cheese is melted
- Serve
