Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- 15 ounces Refried Beans
- 10 ounces Chicken Broth
- 15 ounces Black Beans
- 10 ounces Chicken Breast
- 16 ounces Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 cup Water
- 12 ounces Whole Kernel Corn
- 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Drain the black beans
- Drain the chicken breast
- Drain the corn
- In a medium pot combine the refried beans, chicken broth, black beans, chicken breast, salsa, water, and corn
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips
- Serve
