Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Cook pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once until no pink remains
- Add soup and milk
- Cover skillet
- Lower temperature and simmer for 30 minutes
- Serve
