Easy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Jalapeño Peppers
- 2 Green Onions
- 16 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 15 ounces Whole Kernel Corn
- 15 ounces Fiesta Corn
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Soften the cream cheese
- Carefully chop the jalapeños into small pieces
- Coarsely chop the green onions
- Combine the shredded cheese, flour, and pepper in a large mixing bowl
- Combine the milk, cream cheese, green onions, and jalapeños in the 9x13 Baking Dish
- Add the corn to the baking dish
- Add the cheese mixture to the baking dish
- Stir until all ingredients are combined
- Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes
- Uncover
- Bake an additional 5 minutes
- Serve
