Easy Refried Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- 30 ounces Black Beans canned
Instructions
- Heal the olive oil in the large skillet over medium heat
- Add the garlic, cumin, onion powder, and chipotle chili powder to the skillet
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes
- Add the beans to the skillet
- Stir until all the beans are coated with the garlic mixture
- Cook for 5 minutes undisturbed
- Stir the beans once
- Mash the mixture with a potato masher, stirring as necessary until all beans are fully mashed
- Serve
