Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Butter
- 1 pound Fettuccine Noodles
- 1 medium Egg Yolk
- 4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 4 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Allow butter to soften
- Boil noodles in salted water for 7 minutes
- Beat butter until fluffy
- Beat in egg yolk and cream
- When well blended, beat in cheese
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Drain noodles
- Toss noodles with Sauce
- Serve
