Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 pounds Fish Filets any mild fish
- 1 packet (1.25 ounces each) Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 8 Tortillas
Instructions
- Slice green onions
- Chop tomato
- In mixing bowl, coat fish with taco seasoning and lime juice
- Preheat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
- Saute the fish in olive oil in preheated skillet for 5-7 minutes
- Rinse mixing bowl
- In mixing bowl, combine cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, and green onions
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds
- Fill each tortilla with fish, coleslaw, and tomatoes
- Fold in half
- Serve
