Yogurt parfaits are a great way to start your day. They are easy to create and you can be as creative as you’d like when making them.
The Base – Yogurt
Use what you like, what’s on sale, or whatever you find in the refrigerator:

Add-Ins
It’s a breeze to throw stuff into your parfait. Some things you can throw in your parfait are:
- Dried Fruits
- Raisins
- Craisins
- Dried Pineapple
- Dried Prunes (let’s be serious, only old people do this, but they do taste pretty good…oops gave away my age there, didn’t I?)
- Dried Apricots
- Dried Dates
- Dried Figs (then you can sing make it a figgy pudding and drive your roommates crazy!)

- Fresh Fruit
