Goulash
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes canned or fresh
- 14.5 ounces Peas canned or frozen
- 3 cups Macaroni
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Chop onion
- Preheat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
- Saute ground beef and onion in preheated skillet until meat is no longer pink
- Add tomatoes
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- Add the peas, macaroni, and sugar
- Simmer for 30 more minutes
- Stir in cheese and serve
- Serve
