New Year’s Eve has traditionally been the night for fondue at the Hectic Household. Over the years we’ve tried a number of different ways to make our chocolate fondue. This is a simple one-step method that’s pretty hard to beat.
You can use any flavor of bark squares. I’m a fan of dark chocolate, but I always get over-ruled and we end up having milk chocolate. The photo at right gives you an idea of what you’re looking for in the store.
