As the weather gets colder, I had a hankering for some Hawaiian style food. I’ve had chicken scratchings of this recipe for a couple of years. I’ve tried a number of variations and variables, and I think this one is just about perfect. It has a mix of sweet and sharp flavors. You can make a larger pork loin by increasing the ingredients, but it seems that we need less pork to feed a crowd than I would normally expect.
