Hopscotch Crunchies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 ounces Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
Instructions
- Fill a medium pot halfway with water
- Place a second pot over the first (it's ok if it touches the water)
- Heat the water over medium heat for 10 minutes
- Add the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter to the top pot
- Stir frequently for 10 minutes or until the mixture is melted
- Stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set
