Loaded Mozzarella Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cans Refrigerator Biscuits
- 4 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
- Cut the cheese into small cubes, one cube for each biscuit
- Open the cans of biscuits and separate them
- Place one biscuit on the baking sheet
- Place a piece of cheese on the biscuit
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder
- Wrap the biscuit around the cheese
- Roll the biscuit over so that that seam is on the bottom
- Repeat for remaining biscuits and cheese
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12 minutes
- While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat
- Remove the biscuits from the oven
- Brush the butter over the biscuits
- Sprinkle any remaining Italian Seasoning and garlic powder over the biscuits
- Serve
