Onion Soup Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 0.8 ounces Dried Onion Soup Mix
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spray the baking pan with cooking spray
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise
- Cut each potato half into strips about 1/2 inch wide
- Place the potatoes into one ziploc bag
- Add the olive oil to the potatoes
- Seal the bag and shake to coat the potatoes
- Put the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and onion soup into the other ziploc bag
- Shake the bag to mix the ingredients
- Transfer the potatoes from their bag to the second bag with the dry ingredients
- Seal the bag and shake to evenly coat the potatoes
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the sprayed baking pan
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Turn the potatoes over
- Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes
- Serve
