Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 ounce Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F degrees
- Trim the root ends from the asparagus
- Put the asparagus into a mixing bowl
- Drizzle with the olive oil
- Toss the asparagus to coat it with the oil
- Sprinkle the paramesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper over the asparagus
- Toss the asparagus again
- Place the asparagus on the backing sheet in a single layer with no overlapping
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven
- Sprinkle with the lemon juice
- Serve
