Quick Frittata
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 6 large Eggs
- 10 ounces Japanese Style Vegetables
- 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Heat water and oil in skillet on medium heat
- Beat eggs in mixing bowl with a whisk or fork
- Add vegetables to preheated skillet
- Saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add egg mixture to skillet
- Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs
- Stir everything together
- Cover skillet
- Cook 15 minutes until eggs are set
- Serve
