Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
- 21 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 12 ounces Egg Noodles
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the onion
- Cut the cream cheese into small pieces
- Spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray
- Combine the uncooked meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and water in the slow cooker bowl
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- 20 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese to the slow cooker contents
- Stir occasionally until the mixture is combined
- 10 minutes before serving, add the noodles to the mixture
- Stir until noodles are combined with the mixture
- Continue cooking for at least 10 minutes
- Serve
