Broccoli Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Broccoli Slaw
- 1 cup Red Grapes
- 1 medium Granny Smith Apple
- 1 cup Poppy Seed Dressing
- 12 ounces Mandarin Oranges
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
- Cut the grapes in half
- Remove the core & seeds from the apple
- Cut the apple into bite-sized pieces
- Drain the mandarin oranges
- Melt the butter in the saucepan over medium heat
- Add the almonds
- Sautee the almonds for two minutes, stirring frequently
- Combine the broccoli slaw, grapes, apple, dressing, oranges, and almonds in the mixing bowl
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed
- Refrigerate overnight
- Serve
