Cheesy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes
- Cut the potatoes in quarters
- Bring the water to a boil in the large pot
- Add the potatoes to the boiling water
- Cook for 25 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Drain the potatoes
- Add the milk, pepper, and cheese to the potatoes
- Beat with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher until smooth
