Pan-Fried Smoked Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 16 ounces Smoked Sausage
Instructions
- Coursely chop the onion
- Preheat the oil in the large skillet over medium heat
- Add the onion to the oil and cook for 5 minutes
- Cut the sausage into 1/2-inch thick slices
- Add the sausage to the onions in the skillet
- Cook 9 minutes, turning frequently
- Serve
