Smoked Sausage & Peppers
Ingredients
- 14 ounces Smoked Sausage
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Red Pepper
- 1 medium Green Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Cut smoked sausage into 1/4-inch slices
- Chop onion
- Chop red pepper
- Chop green pepper
- Preheat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
- Saute sausage in preheated skillet for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
- Add olive oil, onion, peppers, oregano, and garlic powder
- Saute another 3-5 minutes
- Serve
