Sausage Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 ribs Celery
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 medium Onion Powder
- 1 package (14 ounces) Smoked Sausage
- 1 package (7.2 ounces each) Flavored Rice 7.2 oz
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Chop celery
- Chop carrots
- Chop onion
- Cut sausage into 1/4" pieces
- Prepare rice mixes according to package directions
- Preheat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add sausage, celery, carrots, and onion to preheated skillet
- Cook sausage mixture in skillet for 5 minutes
- Combine sausage mixture, rice, soup, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in mixing bowl
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Pour mixture into casserole dish
- Cover casserole dish with foil
- Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven
- Serve
