Sauteed Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 head Cauliflower
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1/2 bag Baby Carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Break or cut the cauliflower into individual florets
- Break of cut the broccoli into individual florets
- Heat the oil over medium-high heat in the large skillet
- Add the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots to the hot oil
- Season with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Stir the mixture frequently while cooking for 10 minutes
- Serve
