Souped-Up Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- 8 ounces Instant Rice about 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Cooking Spray
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Broccoli Soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook rice according to package directions
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Brown chops in preheated skillet, turning once
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
- Place cooked rice in casserole dish
- Lay pork chops on top of rice
- Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder and onion powder
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over pork chops
- Spread cream of broccoli soup over pork chops
- Cover casserole dish with foil
- Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven
- Serve
