South of the Border Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 ounces Taco Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Salsa
Instructions
- Rub pork chops with taco seasoning on all sides
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Brown pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover skillet
- Simmer for 45 minutes
- Cover pork chops in salsa
- Heat 5 more minutes
- Serve
