Southwest Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups Whole Kernel Corn
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 medium Tomato
- 8 ounces Southwest Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into small pieces
- Dice the avocado
- Dice the tomato
- Put the bacon in the large skillet
- Cook the bacon over medium heat for 10 minutes
- Drain the bacon on a plate covered with paper towels
- Add the corn, bacon, avocado, and tomato to the large mixing bowl
- Combine all the ingredients
- Pour the dressing over the ingredients
- Stir until the dressing covers the other ingredients
- Put the salad in the refrigerator and at least one hour
- Serve
