Spanish Rice
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Instant Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 4 ounces Diced Green Chilies
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in the medium skillet over medium heat
- Add the rice
- Stir until the rice is coated in the oil
- Add the chicken broth, tomato sauce, chilies, and taco seasoning
- Stir to combine
- Turn the heat up to medium-high
- Bring the mixture to a boil
- Reduce the heat to low
- Put a lid on the skillet
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes
- Fluff with a fork
- Serve
