Stickless Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
- 4 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 16 ounces BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to low broil
- Cut the chicken into pieces about the size of a chicken nugget (around 2 inches in diameter)
- Put the chicken into a 1 gallon zippered storage bag
- Add the barbecue, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper to the storage bag
- Close the bag
- Carefully knead the contents of the bad so that the chicken is completely coated with the sauce
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better)
- Spray the broiler pan with cooking spray
- Arrange the chicken pieces on the broiler pan so that they aren’t touching
- Put the broiler pan in the oven and broil the chicken for 10 minutes
- Turn the pieces over
- Broil for another 10 minutes
- Serve
