While we often eat Spanish Rice from a package (it’s fast and I don’t have to think about the spices), it’s pretty salty. Portion control is an issue too, since one box is barely enough for our smaller crew who are home most of the year and two boxes makes too much even when we have all the college kids home.
This recipe can be increased and decreased by simply multiplying or dividing the ingredients by whatever factor you want to use…no special math skills required.
