Vegetable Tortellini Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 10 ounces Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Dry Cheese Tortellini
- 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat
- Reduce the heat to medium
- Add the mixed vegetables
- Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add the tortellini to the soup
- Simmer for 7 minutes
- Add dashes of tabasco sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Reduce heat to low
- Allow to sit for 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally
- Serve
