Vegetarian Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Swiss Cheese
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 4 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Nonfat Dry Milk
- 4 large Tortillas
- 2 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Grate Swiss cheese
- Combine garlic and canola oil in a microwave safe bowl
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Let stand for 5 minutes
- Add ricotta and dry milk to garlic mixture
- Stir until smooth
- Place tortillas on baking sheet
- Spread ricotta mixture evenly over tortillas
- Sprinkle cheeses over tortillas
- Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven
- Serve
